Level 3 diplomas in Health and Social Care

Health and social care attracts two kinds of learner: people who already work in care and want a qualification that matches what they do, and people who want to move into health-related study at Level 4 and beyond. The diplomas here serve both, so check whether a unit list looks like a job description or like a course syllabus before you choose. None of them carries UCAS Tariff points, and none of them is an entry route to nursing, midwifery or allied health degrees, which set their own requirements.

Every diploma here is delivered, assessed and certified by London School of Planning and Management (LSPM), the approved centre. This site is LSPM's independent recruitment agent and is paid by LSPM on enrolment.

Points, and the lack of them

None of the health and social care diplomas listed above has a UCAS Tariff value. If you already hold a scored qualification in a related subject, such as a BTEC National, add it up with the calculator before deciding you need one of these. If you have no points, or not enough, the diplomas are a regulated route to a Level 4 diploma in health and social care or a related subject at LSPM.

Not sure which route fits? Ask someone who will tell you straight.

We are an independent agent, not LSPM's sales team, and we will say whether a UCAS application, an Access course or a Level 3 diploma is the better option for you, even when the answer earns this site nothing. Replies within two working days.
